From 1 Million to Beyond: zkMe's 2024 Journey in Shaping the Future of Digital Identity
2024 has been a monumental year for zkMe as we continue our mission to revolutionize digital identity with cutting-edge decentralized solutions. This year, we’ve expanded our reach, formed impactful partnerships, and launched groundbreaking features that pave the way for a more secure and interoperable digital ecosystem.
We’ve achieved incredible milestones, surpassing 1.18 million attestations – a remarkable 212% year-over-year increase – and growing our vibrant community across all social media channels to over 295.9K members, reflecting a 98% year-over-year increase. This growth underscores zkMe’s pivotal role in the future of digital identity. In December 2024, we celebrated our second anniversary amidst this incredible journey, with overwhelming feedback from our community fueling our drive to continue building a robust decentralized identity ecosystem that empowers users and partners alike.

Expanding Blockchain Compatibility
We are dedicated to building a truly interoperable ecosystem, enabling seamless cross-chain identity verification and management. In 2024, zkMe integrated with major blockchain networks, including TON, Solana, Plume, BNB Chain, and Arbitrum, expanding the reach of its compliance solutions to a wider audience. By the end of the year, we proudly supported over 30 chains, solidifying our commitment to blockchain agnosticism and accessibility.
Forging Strategic Partnerships
Collaboration is key to driving Web3 adoption. We've established strong partnerships with organizations that share our vision for a decentralized future, including Singularity, CARV, Alchemy Pay, Xion Global, StationX, Impossible Finance, and more. These collaborations have allowed us to expand our reach and impact across various sectors. Our goal for 2025 is to become the leading Web3 compliance provider in the Launchpad, DeFi and RWA sectors, and we're actively working to deepen our presence in these areas. We've already cultivated relationships with over 70 partners, and this number continues to grow.
Product Advancements
In 2024, zkMe remained laser-focused on innovation, rolling out a suite of cutting-edge products and features designed to elevate the user experience. Our ongoing efforts to improve security, scalability, and usability have positioned zkMe at the forefront of the digital identity space, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in decentralized identity management. We’re excited about the future as we continue to develop solutions that unlock new opportunities for users, businesses, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
More Credentials, More User Interaction
We significantly expanded our suite of zkKYC compliance credentials to meet the evolving needs of businesses operating in the Web3 space. This included introducing our zkPoL (Zero-Knowledge Proof-of-Location), which leverages ZKPs to verify user location while ensuring user privacy. We also integrated comprehensive AML Checks directly into the zkMe platform, streamlining compliance processes. Additionally, we bolstered our "Me - Profiling Suite" credentials with the release of zkCredit, powered by Reclaim. This revolutionary credential allows users to prove their creditworthiness privately and securely using zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) and zkTLS.
Enhancing User Engagement with Identity Hub 2.0 and zkMe XP
We understand the importance of a vibrant and active community. To that end, we unveiled Identity Hub 2.0, a significant upgrade to the zkMe platform, delivering a more intuitive and feature-rich experience for managing and utilizing decentralized identities. We also enhanced our zkMe XP point system throughout 2024, introducing exciting campaigns and collaborations with partners, which further incentivized user engagement and rewarding active participation within the zkMe ecosystem.
Celebrating Our Second Anniversary with ByteMe
To celebrate our second anniversary, we're thrilled to announce the launch of ByteMe, a Telegram Mini-App by zkMe. ByteMe puts the power of "Identity to Earn" at users’ fingertips, allowing them to seamlessly manage their digital identities and unlock new opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem. Since launching in November 2024, over 350,000 users have already joined the ByteMe community within its first month.
