We are thrilled to announce the Pencils x zkMe XP Campaign, our latest opportunity to collaborate with partners on the XP Campaign.

zkMe's Identity Hub provides campaigns in collaboration with our partners, allowing participants to engage with the zkMe ecosystem and earn zkMe XP.

This Pencils x zkMe XP Campaign encourages participants to create their personal decentralized identities and link their wallets to access exclusive rewards, including Pencils SOUL NFT.

We are thrilled to welcome Pencils Protocol, a leading DeFi platform, to the zkMe ecosystem. We look forward to collaborating with Pencils Protocol in the near future to offer our legit privacy-preserving solution while upholding the highest standards of Web3 compliance.

Campaign Overview

The Pencils x zkMe Campaign provides participants with the opportunity to earn rewards, by completing the below tasks:

  • Creating your zkMe account and connecting your wallet to zkMe Identity Hub
  • Completing Pencils ProtocolZK verification and claiming your Pencils SOUL NFT on Pencils Protocol

Campaign Duration

The campaign will launch at 6:00 AM UTC on August 28 and will continue through September.

Tips for Higher Rewards

  • Follow @zkme_ and @pencilsprotocol on Twitter, and engage with the campaign announcement by retweeting, reposting, replying, or liking it.
  • Users who created a zkMe account and linked their wallet successfully before the event will receive 2x zkMe XP.

How to Participate

  1. Visit the zkMe Identity Hub at https://app.zk.me/.
  2. Click on “Campaigns” in the left navigation bar and select the “Pencils” Campaign.
  3. View the campaign details in the popup window.
  • New User

Click “Create Identity Account” to create your zkMe account. Once you log in, the button will display "Connect Wallet," allowing you to link your wallet to zkMe to complete all required tasks.

  • Returning User

If you had an account and linked your wallet before the event, the button will display "Login," and you will see your wallet address after logging in. No further actions are required by zkMe.

  1. Click “Mint NFT” to begin minting your Pencils SOUL NFT on Pencils Protocol. Please use the same wallet address to complete all tasks here to avoid any errors.

What is a Soul NFT?

The Pencils SOUL Drops program is the largest NFT initiative within the Scroll ecosystem. Holders of SOUL Drops NFTs will have the opportunity to earn various benefits, including:

  • Tokens
  • Pencil Points
  • Platform-exclusive benefits
  • Other redeemable rewards from Scroll and its ecosystem partners

How to Mint an NFT on Pencils Protocol

  • Link Your Social Identity: Connect your real social identity to your account at Pencils Protocol to receive a 1.1X airdrop boost exclusively for zkMe users.
  • Complete PencilsZK Verification: Finish the verification process during the event period. Only those who complete the verification during this time will be eligible.
  • Mint the SOUL NFT: Minting is free of charge. Gas fees are based on real-time network costs on the Scroll chain.
